This is just terrific! Short, simple, interesting and science based! Most sites don't have a user friendly interface like Obi. Thanks for bringing this idea to the veterinary industry!

The courses on Obi were excellent. They provide clear and detailed instruction through short videos which are easy to follow and cover a wide range of fundamental topics. Whether you are a new graduate or have been out for 20 years, the courses on Obi have something everyone and I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their diagnostic abilities.

FAQ

Are courses RACE-approved?

All paid courses on Obi have been approved for continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval. Some free resources are not RACE-approved. Be sure to check the course descriptions when enrolling.

What specialities do you offer?

Free resources are currently available in radiology, cardiology and surgery. We also offer RACE-approved certificates in radiology, oncology, endocrinology, dentistry, and ophthalmology with more specialities being added soon.

Be sure to check the course library for the full list of available courses.

Who teaches the courses?

We work with certified specialists who are interested in teaching on Obi. Each course is carefully developed into short lessons that focus on key learning objectives.

What is microlearning?

Microlearning is the practice of delivering content in short bursts. It enables learners to digest bite-sized pieces of information in a highly engaging and interactive way. Every lecture or webinar you’ve attended could be broken down into short lessons, packaged together to create digestible learning chunks that are available whenever you need them.

How do the certificates work?

Certificates are issued to members who complete the required courses and pass the certificate exam. Certificates are between 3-4 hours in length. Once the exam has been passed, you will be able to download your certificate and record your coursework according to your local guidelines.

How do I get my certificate?

Once your coursework has been completed, you will be able to take the certificate exam. After passing the exam, you will be able to download your personalized certificate.
